2/15/2013 - KANDAHAR AIRFIELD, Afghanistan -- Airmen from Kandahar Airfield came together to set up a temporary staging facility that will house more than 200 vehicles at KAF Feb. 13.
The 451st Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron cleaned the area from any debris and secured the area by setting up concertina wire around the perimeter. The vehicles scheduled to process through will either be reissued, sent to the Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office or distributed to other bases in coordination with the drawdown of coalition forces in Afghanistan.
